Traffic Management

Works or an activity on a road that requires management of direct or indirect impact on roads users, including pedestrians also requires a Traffic Management Plan (TMP). The person or group responsible for the works or activity must prepare a TMP that adequately provides for the safety of workers and road users while maintaining an adequate level of service to road users. Traffic Management Plans need to be produced by a suitably qualified person in accordance with the regulations and submitted to the Shire for review and approval.
