Blackwood River Park
Situated on the banks of the Blackwood River just south of Bridgetown, the River Park is the site of the first police station in 1862. Now a pleasant parkland with river access, walk trails, barbeques, a playground, and toilets, it is an ideal location for a peaceful rest after a day’s touring or a picnic lunch under the trees.

Bridgetown Jarrah Park
A picturesque drive towards Nannup, along Brockman Highway, will take you to the Bridgetown Jarrah Park. The park consists of beautiful bushland with three looped walk trails ranging in length from 20 minutes to 2 hours in duration for the average walker. The trails will take you through open jarrah and marri forests with a vast array of animal and birdlife and the spring wildflowers are spectacular during October and November. Barbeques and toilets are available on site.

This parkland is located just north of the main town centre, is perfect for a lunch stop with its barbeque facilities and toilets, playground equipment and proximity to shops and cafes.

Greenbushes Pool, Greenbushes
The Greenbushes Pool, also known as ‘Greeny Pool’ by the locals, is a spring-fed swimming hole set amongst rehabilitated bushland. The area boasts barbeque facilities, toilets, a playground, a shallow ‘beach’ entry to the water for the littlies and a wooden jetty into the deep water for a more adventurous. This area was upgraded to include a ‘boardwalk’ nature walk around the swimming area which includes information boards on the local flora and fauna. The Greenie Pool is a fantastic day out for all the family.
