Goorbilyup Gallery and Station Platform Hire
The Goorbilyup Gallery (Goorbilyup being the traditional Noongar name for the Blackwood River) is located within the newly renovated Bridgetown-Greenbushes Visitor Centre at the historic Bridgetown Railway Station. The Goorbilyup Gallery is available for hire where local and out of town artists can exhibit and sell artworks in the gallery space, and host exhibition openings.
The Visitor Centre is open 7 days a week, Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm and weekends from 10am to 1pm.

Venue Details
- Approximately 29m² of exhibition wall hanging space.
- Track lighting, wire hanging systems, hooks and ladder supplied.
- Gallery opens out onto railway station platform.
- 10 black stackable chairs and two trestle tables are available.
- 25% commission on artwork sales, handled by the Visitor Centre. Artists do not need to attend the gallery during exhibitions.
- Soundsystem for use for exhibitions - soundscapes, sound effects, music.

Library Meeting Room
The Library Meeting Room, located on the north side of the library is a perfect space for small meetings and workshops. This room has a small kitchenette area and comes with access to the outside balcony and decks overlooking the Somme Creek Recreation Reserve and landscaped native gardens. The room can be extended to allow for a larger space with extra tables and chairs for a maximum of 30 participants.

Young Adult Room
The Young Adult Room is located on the south side of Bridgetown Library. The room is bookable during school hours, from 10am to 3pm, except on weekends and school holidays. It has closable doors on both sides of the room and has a table suitable for a small group, 2 Public Computers, and 1 separate workstation available for use.

The Bridgetown Leisure Centre (BLC) offers an array of recreational and aquatic facilities for hire. The BLC caters to local sporting clubs, social groups, and private functions looking at hiring the facilities on a regular or casual basis. The facility has access for people with disabilities including a chair lift as well as accessible toilets.
Sport Courts
The facility has 3 sport courts suitable for basketball, netball, volleyball, pickleball, indoor soccer and badminton use. The courts are also suitable for other activities including conferences, group fitness classes, local hobby groups, social gatherings and school and youth groups.
